Economic Opportunities

With the Czech care union, ALICE, in the lead and COZZ as a consortium member, the team successfully implemented the EO23 project, “Economic Opportunities”. The team trained about 1000 women care workers, supported 4000 workers into quality employment, and supported 30 workers into further education. The project has been useful to support the ALICE leadership to learn negotiation techniques and coalition-building strategies, including with employers and politicians. The team plans further to launch a petition-campaign for fair wages and right to collective bargaining.
