Central European Organising Center (COZZ) is a foundation established in Poland in 2016 as a result of implementation of the resolution on organising – “Changing Europe by Growing Unions” – adopted by the 4th UNI Europa Conference in Rome.

Over the last decade COZZ has successfully run organising projects, training workshops and conferences in Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary, and developed partnership with Polish, Czech, Slovak, Ukrainian and Hungarian unions as well as other European trade unions affiliated with UNI Global and UNI Europa.
COZZ’s long term goal is to help develop strong and effective trade unions and flourishing international cooperation of these trade unions in our region for improvement of working conditions and to contain the process of dumping, especially in transnational companies and corporations. COZZ is an independent NGO involving organisers and trainers experienced in trade union campaigns focused on helping unions to grow.
COZZ was created to support the revitalisation and development of trade unions in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
