When care-workers join together to raise their voices, they become their own navigators! With the support of the INVOLVE project*, care workers in Poland have gained agency, voice, leadership and power. The research team from the EU Horizon’s project “INVOLVE”, including Centrum Organizowania Zwiazkow Zawodowych, documents the transformation of atomized workers into a coherent voice.
