Membership form
- Online form; simple to use, easy to modify
- Can be displayed on any page on your own website, just like… here. That’s a super-short version of our registration form that you can try out right now. It’s set to auto-approve you into our test union.
- You could place it by your Membership Declaration text, images or any other elements you want to add
- You can add as many fields as you want and change nearly all existing fields
- Name, Surname and e-mail fields are used to create user accounts on your site for your union members. This can be used for GDPR management, some of the plugins functions, or with other WordPress plugins.
- All other data gathered by the plugin is stored in encrypted form, available only though plugins own membership table.
- Data from registration will be “printed” onto your membership document, signed digitally by the registering member, the plugin will add unique metadata confirming the registration and send out the form to your union and the person registering.
PDF documents and e-mails
- The form you’ve seen might seem basic but it does some heavy lifting
- Most websites can send emails, but you can also have it use your unions main email
- Filled out declarations get delivered to your union email, with a copy to the person filling out the form.
- New members can be automatically notified when their application is approved
- Content of each email can be adjusted
- Plugin can print on any basic PDF document, including ones with multiple pages
- Any field used in registration can be mapped to a place on your form.
- Need additional consents, or logic like “if this is chosen then put a signature there”? No problem.
Membership list
- This is an optional feature – it allows listing and basic management of members.
- You decide what data is collected with registration.
- No data collected by the plugin ever leaves your server, you own it and only your server limits how much you can collect.
- Want direct communication with your members? Each of your members has an account created on your site, this can be used with other plugins or services like CRM’s, or email automation.
- This is the only place where all data gathered in the registration form is accessible in unencrypted form.
Dues collection
- Some unions collect dues directly from wages, some require a bank transfer, and some do both – we got you all covered.
- Optional function of our plugin enables registering members to pick from the options you provide
- And if you have some other more unusual scenario – the plugin could be adjusted to it
- We already have a popular international payment processor Stripe available and are working on a cheaper local one for Poland. Payment processors take a commission on payments made though them, but make it possible to pay in any way a member might (reasonably) want to do it.
